Do you ship outside the United States?

No, right now we can ship only within the United States, but we hope to expand our shipping area soon! If you attempt to ship an order outside our delivery area, your order may be canceled and you will receive a refund minus the transaction fee we pay our payment processors.

How long does shipping take?

Estimated shipping time is 3-5 business days. Estimated expedited shipping is 1-3 business days. Your order will be sent out on average within 3 days of ordering.

What is your return policy?

Any claims for misprinted/damaged/defective items must be submitted within 2 weeks after the product has been received. For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 2 weeks after the estimated delivery date. Please contact us via email before returning an item.

My order never arrived, what do I do?

If your order didn’t end up arriving, be sure to let us know!

First check your shipping confirmation and make sure you entered the correct address. If the address was incorrect, we’ll be happy to send you another order to the correct address, though it will have to be at your cost.

If the shipping address was correct, get in touch with us at contact@drinkingwithpaul.com, noting your order number. We’ll see what can be done.

What if the product is damaged in the mail?

The last thing we want is for you to be stuck with a damaged item. If it arrives to you damaged, then please get in touch with us within a week’s time!

What is the product is the wrong size?

If you’re unhappy with the size you’ve received, first check that the size stated on the garment matches the size stated on the site. Though rare, it’s possible that the garment was mislabeled. Let us know and we’ll get you sorted out.

Can you take bulk orders?

We can! However, if you wish to receive special bulk pricing rates, you’ll need to email us for a quote.
